Waddi Srl, recruitment and selection company, for a multinational company specializing in the production of food hydrocolloids, seeks **R&D; Product Manager** for the development of food blends and stabilizers. **Responsibilities**: - Lead research for new product development.
- Collaborate with the team to adapt products to market needs.
- Monitor industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Test the effectiveness of developed products and make improvements.
- Document research results and communicate findings to the team. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field ( food science and technology ).
- Previous experience in food stabilizers and hydrocolloids.
- Ability to do research independently and work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
