Currently, there are over 4,000 active customers and operates using our fulfillment service over 30 fulfillment centers. We keep improving the construction of warehouse automation and distribution systems to accommodate the future expansion of our clients’ cross-border e-commerce business **Responsibilities** 1. Responsible for the warehouse entry group work coordination, the group's staff scheduling, attendance statistics and roll call, performance appraisal and new employee training； 2. Ensure that the group's performance indicators for timeliness, quality and efficiency are met； 3. Responsible for the maintenance of 6S in the entry area； 4. Supervise team members to strictly comply with the company's various management systems to ensure safe operation,
and maintain and repair the equipment in the team (receiving and shelving equipment) as well as charging； 5. Cooperate with the warehouse manager to complete the daily staff management and other management work, and cooperate with other teams. **Qualification：** 1. German, English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and the use of office software such as OFFICE;
2. Experience in cross-border e-commerce or overseas warehouse management;
3. Good communication and management skills, able to organize and coordinate the work of the entry team;
4. Experience with WMS and other warehouse management systems, and a good understanding of the warehousing process;
5. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to withstand a certain degree of work pressure. Pay: €50,000.00 - €70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
