It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. **About the project**: - You will be providing services for a social media platform where users create and share short videos, often set to music, covering a wide range of topics like dance, comedy, and trends. It’s known for its easy-to-use editing tools, viral challenges, and an algorithm that personalizes content based on user preferences. It is especially popular among younger audiences and has become a major platform for cultural trends and content creation._ **Your tasks**: - **Reviewing and Assessing Content**: - **Removing Inappropriate Content**: - **Blocking and Warning Users**: - **Keeping track of changes in platform policies and guidelines and regularly training on new directives.** **What you need**: - Fluency in Albanian(must be at least C1)
- Fluent in English (at least C1)
- Full working rights for Portugal - Residence permit or EU citizenship
- Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively **What we offer**

- **Salary without accommodation: 1227 euros gross / month**: - **Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company **in Lisbon) : 1040 euros gross / month
