We have an excellent opportunity for a talented professional interested in making a difference in our Customer Center team in Giunti Psychometrics. The role of **Customer Care Specialist **reporting to the Customer Center Manager will be based in Florence and will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating work environment alongside talented professionals.
The professional we are looking for is self-driven and highly collaborative. **She/he will have a crucial role in supporting our customer needs.** **Your responsibilities will include**:
Front office activities: - product features of clinical test
- fruition of clinical test administration platforms
- purchasing assistance on the e-commerce platform
- collecting information on orders from the different functions
- product features of clinical test Back office activities: - Order management, customer contact through CRM
- Managing actions to support commercial activities and internal training activities for colleagues in the sales network
- Claims and Returns Management **Requisiti**: - High School Degree
- Experience with customer relationship
- Problem solving
- Proactivity and initiative
- Accountability and high sense of responsibility
- Great planning and organizational skills
- Teamworking and collaboration
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Good knowledge of English (B1)
