HR Business Partner (HRBP) partners with leaders across a defined area of the global Engineering organization to align people strategies with business objectives. This role supports the development and execution of workforce plans, talent initiatives, organizational effectiveness efforts, leadership development, and change management activities that drive business performance and enable future growth.
As a trusted advisor, the HRBP collaborates with leaders and HR partners across regions to address workforce challenges,
strengthen organizational capability, and build high-performing teams. The role leverages data, insights, and business acumen to support strategic decision-making, talent planning, succession management, and employee engagement initiatives.
