The Role & Why Now
Until today, strategic planning and business modeling were run by our founders and Head of Finance on the side. With our recent growth and Series B requirements, this is no longer scalable.
We are looking for our first FP&A; Specialist to take our financial planning from zero to one. This is a builder role: you will turn today’s scrappy setup into a reliable, proactive strategic-finance engine that actively shapes company decisions. You will partner with department heads to translate raw data into actionable business insight.
Key Responsibilities
Build and Own the Infrastructure: Take FP&A; from a blank canvas to a structured machine. Own, run, and continuously iterate our management P&L;, business plan, and rolling forecasts.
Deep-Dive Data Analysis: Spend ~50% of your time analyzing cross-departmental data (COGS, margins, CAC, LTV,
