Collaboration, accountability, and a pragmatic approach to problem solving are highly valued.OffertaReporting directly to the Europe Accounting Manager, you will act as the accounting reference point for the Italian entity and support the finance organization in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Main responsibilities include:· Manage month-end and year-end closing activities· Prepare, review and post journal entries, accruals,



provisions and adjustments· Perform General Ledger reconciliations and balance sheet reviews· Analyze and reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balances· Support inventory accounting, cost accounting activities and variance analysis· Ensure compliance with Italian accounting principles and statutory requirements· Support VAT, tax reporting activities and interactions with external advisors· Prepare periodic financial reports for local and international stakeholders· Collaborate with auditors during statutory and group audit processes· Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and SOX requirements· Support US GAAP reporting and period-end reporting requirements· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting processes· Partner with Finance, Operations and local management to improve reporting quality and operational efficiency· Participate in international projects and process harmonization initiatives across EuropeCompetenze ed esperienzaWe are loo
