Establish and develop Teltonika's B2B sales representatives group in Rome location.
Drive team performance while ensuring sustainable long term growth.
Act as a hands- on player coach, directly involved in key customer and partner engagements.
Drive revenue growth, pipeline quality, and market penetration.
Support complex negotiations with key customers and participate in important business meetings when needed.
Organize customer visits, business trips, exhibitions, and industry events together with your team.
Execute and adapt HQ- defined strategies to the region.
Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline.
Collaborate closely with HQ and regional stakeholders.
Requirements At least 3 years of successful sales experience in the IoT sector
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, challenge, and develop others.
Proven ability to acquire strategic customers and develop long- term business relationships.
A strategic mindset with the ambition to grow both people and business.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and successfully introduce innovative solutions to customers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Organized, results-oriented, and challenge-driven personality.
Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally abroad for customer meetings, events or internal training.
Valid Italian driving licence.
