Position Overview
As Senior Finance Manager for Italy region, you are a key leader responsible for the full finance scope, combining financial controlling, statutory compliance, and advanced commercial finance partnering.
Reporting to the Finance Director Commercial Europe, you will act as a strategic business partner to the Commercial organization and Leadership Team,
driving profitable growth through robust financial planning, Gross-to-Net (GTN) management, and performance insight.
This role blends strategic influence and hands-on execution, with ownership of financial performance, compliance, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Finance Business Partnering
Act as a core member of the Country Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy and decision-making
Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Marketing, HR and Commercial Strategy
Provide actionable financial insights to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and ROI optimization
Support and challenge commercial teams on pricing, promotions, trade investment, and customer strategy
Lead financial input into strategic and transformation projects
2. Commercial Finance & GTN Management
Own and oversee Gross-to-Net (GTN) analysis, including trade spend, discounts, and promotiona
