With a global presence and a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence and customer-centric solutions, the company is looking for anOperations Managerto lead and optimize operational activities, ensuring efficiency, performance and continuous improvement across the organization.Responsibilitiesthe Operations Manager will be based in Italy and will report to Director Production Center Italy, belonging to the Production Center Italy Organization.Being responsible for the Operations of 2 plants: Facility & Environment, Logistics & Material Handling, Assembly & Test / Manufacturing.Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and regulations and applicable lawsImplementing and monitoring quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.Ensuring product quality, plant performance,



capability development and resources utilization.Ensuring Lean Manufacturing & 6 Sigma processes and tools are implemented and improved within the Plants.Leading production activities in collaboration with Sourcing, Engineering and Planning to meet total cost reduction targets.Your ProfileMinimum 8/10 years in ManufacturingExperience in an international Manufacturing environmentTechnical educational backgroundRequired experience and skills:Proven leadership capabilitiesProactive, strong problem solvingChange managementCommunication & FacilitatingFluency in English, Italian#LI-TT1“Candidates, in compliance with Legislative Decree 198/2006, 215/2003 and 216/2003, are invited to read the privacy notice available below the data request form on the application page (EU Regulation No. 2016/679).
