We are looking for: - **Field Service Technician Industrial Vehicle (M/F)**_ **Essential duties**: - Manage Machines commissioning process
- Perform Technical Trainings to our Dealers Technicians
- Manage service-related customer concerns such as warranty issues, job scheduling, job progress, etc.
- Prepare customer repair estimates in a timely and accurate manner and provide follow-ups.
- Support spare parts delivery service **Qualifications/Requirements**
