**Key Responsibilities**: - Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction;
- Continuously looking for ways of improving the customer experience based on customer feedback;
- Supporting the E-commerce team on how to improve the online customer experience;
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;




- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience;
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and e-commerce trends;
- Proficiency in using Shopify and Gorgias platforms;
- Support in translating website content. **Requisiti**:
**Qualifications and requirements**: - University degree in Communication, Foreign Languages or related field;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, and at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish, French or Dutch;
- Previous experience in a similar role of 3 years;
- Good MS Office Knowledge;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility and problem solving;
