As part of Regeneron’s International Oncology organisation and Italy Oncology Team, you will support brand marketing activities for currently commercialised indications and future launches. Working with cross-functional and cross-regional partners, you will help develop and execute the local country brand plan and deliver customer-focused marketing activities across Italy.

Discover your role
Support the local country brand planning process by analysing the competitive landscape and identifying key promotional opportunities.
Develop customer-focused, differentiated messages for key target audiences.
Partner with Medical Affairs to create and agree an aligned brand strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities within the local country brand plan.
Analyse brand performance drivers and barriers, including market dynamics and competitive actions, and propose actions to address opportunities or risks.
Develop and execute external stakeholder engagement plans, including national congresses and healthcare professional meetings.
Create local promotional materials aligned with local and global brand plans for use by the sales team and through digital channels.
You manage priorities effectively, act with initiative and creativity, and maintain high ethical and compliance standards.
This role requires
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific discipline.
At least three years of biotech or pharmaceutical brand marketing experience.
Experience managing agencies
