On behalf of our client, a well established company, leader in the rubber and plastic industry thanks to its innovative products operating in private label for worldwide brands, with approximately 200 employees and a turnover of 100 million Euro, we are looking for an **AREA MANAGER**. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the person will be responsible for the sales development of the assigned area and will: - define budget, sales strategies and forecast for the area;
- maintain positive relationships with current clients in order to keep high retention rate;
- develop new business opportunities, conduct market and competitors analyses;
- participate in events and industry trade shows.
- has a degree in technical studies;
- has gained experience in the role within structured companies of the rubber/plastic industry;
- possesses excellent command of the English language, written and spoken;
- is available to travel nationally and internationally. The profile is completed by: - very strong organizational and managerial skills;
- goal-oriented and result-driven attitude;
- excellent communication and relational skills;
- strong negotiation and problem solving skills;
