**Roles and Responsibilities**: - Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request, Change Management.
- Managing periodic governance and reporting.
- Team Management, Customer management, knowledge management.
- Coordination with manufacturing site, contextualize shop floor operations, understand & support customer’s manufacturing & business processes.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
- Closely coordinate and work with product team to ensure seamless operations, upgrades, implementations etc.
- Work with customer stakeholders on solution design based on Siemens OpCenter MOM platform.
- Techno-Functional Analysis and impact assessment of a change and new requirements, provide efficient and optimum solution to complex business problems
- Development in Opcenter DS for small change requests
- Translate the solution requirement and work with development team to build. **Job Type**: Contract
