**Department**:Coffee Machines Quality **Location**:IT, IT **Job ID**: - Coffee Machines Quality Intern- Hi- We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a **Coffee Machines Quality Intern.**
- You will join the Machines Quality team, supporting colleagues in the daily activities of analyzing coffee machine performance and contributing to the continuous improvement of the products.**Your day-to-day activities**: - Data analysis from the network, complaints, and machine trends to identify potential deviations and priority issues to address
- Participation in analysis and testing of returns together with the R&D;/Technical Service/Supplier Quality departments
- Reporting activities and periodic analysis of machine KPIs
- Participation and contribution to coordinating activities aimed at the continuous improvement of products **Who we’re looking for**: - You’re available for a 6-month tempo pieno internship. Starting date: January 2025
- You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!
- You have a Degree in Engineering
- You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
