Sales representative engages customers across the healthcare system and collaborates with a wide range of Lilly team members to create tailored and multi-channel engagements and customer-valued solutions.
He/She must have in-depth knowledge of the healthcare context, pathology, treatment options and Lilly’s product.
Furthermore, he must use planning processes and tools to analyze and interpret data from both the territory and the healthcare context,
their evolution and intervention opportunities, thus identifying the right target to work on.

- At least 1 years of experience in the role
- Significant direct experience in servicing customer needs for complex information
- Demonstrated ability to work with often demanding or difficult clients
- Significant experience and success in self-managing priorities and multi-tasking projects
- Advanced presentation skills with expertise in literature identification and evaluation
- Significant experience in professional networking with positive mutually beneficial outcomes
- Strong digital master
- Strong interpersonal skills, including capability to engage in professional relationship building and networking
