We are committed to attracting **top-notch talent** and providing opportunities for growth and development based on their individual strengths and interests **Your role**: - As an intern, you will spend a large part of your time sourcing new deals and forming relationships with entrepreneurs and fund managers in our target sectors and markets, with a focus on Venture Capital.
- You will be on the deal team for new investments and support market, financial and commercial due diligence processes.
- You will be assisting in the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- You will be running market analysis, contributing to the creation of market views that will be then used by the firm and the investing team.
- You will assist in various internal activities across the firm, including fund strategy, LP reporting, and events. **About you**: - You are in your final year of a bachelor's or master's degree
- You have a previous relevant internship experience (banking/consulting/startup)
- You have demonstrated outstanding academic performance
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative approach with a passion for entrepreneurship: You are proactive and want to take ownership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

The hiring process at Heritage includes the following stages: - Screening assessment: We conduct a screening assessment to determine your suitability for the position.
- First round interview: We schedule a call to give you an opportunity to learn more about Heritage and the role, as well as ask any questions you may have.
- Team interview(s): You will have an opportunity to interview with members of our team to learn more about the role and how you would fit into our organization.
- Logic & Attitude assessment: You will be assessed on your logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attitude towards the role and our company.
- Final discussion: We will have a final discussion to review your qualifications and assess your suitability for the role.
