Role Description The COUNTRY SALES PARTNER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – ITALY | INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING is a full-time, remote role responsible for developing and expanding Tornado Plus’s industrial packaging business in the Italian market. This role involves identifying and acquiring new customers and channel partners,

managing and growing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships across the industrial packaging value chain. The position includes conducting market research, defining local go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to align pricing, product offerings, and promotional activities with market needs. The role also requires overseeing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and contracts, and ensuring a high level of customer service and support. Regular reporting on sales performance, forecasting, and participation in online and in-country meetings, events, and trade activities are also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
