As part of our strategy, we are expanding our presence in Europe. To support this, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who will take ownership of building and developing the European market for our marine gear and gearbox portfolio.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will identify, develop, and execute strategic growth opportunities across the European naval and military marine market. You will leverage your market expertise, technical understanding, and industry network to shape commercial strategy, develop new business opportunities, and position Baker Hughes as a trusted partner for marine gear and gearbox solutions. Working closely with sales, engineering, product management, and executive leadership, you will drive sustainable long‑term growth across the region.
This is a highly strategic role focused on expanding Baker Hughes' presence within the naval and military mari
