Job Description Summary
The Global Process Engineer (GPE) will work closely with the Global Manufacturing Engineering Leader, focusing on developing and deploying global standards that improve the reliability, availability, and performance of Aero Alliance’s manufacturing equipment and processes. The GPE will analyze data and work cross‑functionally to implement proactive measures that improve processes. Responsibilities include cost reduction through standardization of equipment and processes, establishing standards, and ensuring adherence to these standards. The GPE will also be a focal point for new technology introductions, asset transfers, and new process introductions, including lead time, technology selection, and recommendations for fixturing, tooling, process, control plans, and qualifications of manufacturing assets. The role involves coaching and influencing a dotted‑line organization of factory manufacturing engineers across Aero Alliance factories. Leveraging analytical skills, lean methodology,
and the principle of creating process standards for equipment (“One Product One Process”) is critical to drive SQDC in line with business and functional objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and extensive exposure to manufacturing, engineering, quality, and safe process development, and will contribute to building a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop packaging, material transportation, material conveyance, and material handling process & equipment standards; deploy global standards across Aero Alliance factories, partnering with local factory technical leaders.
- Lead the transformation toward automated material transportation solutions, including AGVs.
- Define, control, and communicate global processes for manufacturing assets, including facility integration, acceptance testing, machine health checks & calibrations, preventative maintenance plans, spare parts
