Your responsibilities:
Monitor demand trends in the relevant market, working closely with Customer Service and the Sales team.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of the forecast.
Contribute to maintaining appropriate inventory levels across the distribution network, ensuring the right balance between service level, coverage, and product mix.
Participate in assortment-related projects (new product launches, relaunches, range reviews, etc.).
Your profile:
Preferably a degree in economics or a technical discipline.
1–2 years of experience in forecasting and/or inventory planning processes.
Strong teamwork skills, a proactive approach, and motivation to achieve objectives.
Fluent knowledge of English and/or Italian and German.
