Role purpose: Personal Assistant
To work with the AIDA Leadership team (3 Heads of) to manage diaries, meetings, and general administration. This includes communication with stakeholders, project work, travel/financial management and raising purchase orders. You will join a team which will provide the opportunity to liaise with key Vodafone stakeholders globally along with working alongside Senior Management **What you will do and Who you are**: - To manage the diaries and commitments to ensure the prioritisation and allocation of time appropriately.
- Manage demands which require last minute diary adjustments, whilst minimising disruption.
- To manage travel and associated expenses
- ensure all flights, hotels, transfers and visas are arranged pre travel
- Manage PO administration for the Team
- Proven experience at successfully supporting Senior Executives.
- Positive & Can-do attitude, resilient with the ability to remain calm when under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good influencing ability, confident and challenging when appropriate.
