Dover Industries Italy incorporates two brands: MS Printing Solutions and JK Group. MS Printing Solutions is a trusted global manufacturer of innovative solutions for the demanding and ever-changing market of digital têxtile printing. JK Group is a leader in the production of innovative inks for digital têxtile printing focusing on water-based pigment, disperse, reactive and sublimation and provides the worldwide digital têxtile printing market through 2 independent brands: Kiian Digital and J-Teck3. Within our Printing division in Guanzate premises, you will work closely to the Process Engineer and the Quality Control to align on claims and quality control procedures. **What you will do**:
You will provide support on different projects and will manage the following tasks:
- Carry out material control activities
- Carry out process control activities
- Control activities on finish products
- Conduct supplier audits, at 3rd party location if necessary
- Manage non-conformities (both on customers and suppliers)
- Support the initiation and implementation of the ISO9001 project
- Support the 0Dover project and the implementation of Lean Production projects **What you need to have**: - Mechanical or Mechatronic high school (Diploma) or Mechanical/Aerospace Degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Quality Control department of a manufacturing company
- Knowledge of mechanical design programs
- Knowledge of the main Lean philosophy
- Good dominance of Excel
- 3D modeling software
- Experience with ISO certification
- Knowledge of SAP, a plus
