Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and design-oriented Motion Design Director to join our creative team in Milan. Role Purpose Key Accountabilities
- Creative Leadership: Develop and oversee concepts, graphics, animations, and storyboards that meet client requirements and elevate brand storytelling.
- 3D Expertise: Lead the creation of high-quality 3D motion design projects, ensuring technical excellence and creative innovation.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of motion designers, fostering collaboration, creativity, and professional growth within the team.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative teams to ensure consistent design language across all media platforms.
- Design-Oriented Approach: Maintain a strong focus on aesthetics and design principles to create visually compelling work that aligns with the latest trends.
- Technology Integration: Stay informed about emerging software, tools, and design trends to incorporate innovative techniques into projects. Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in motion design or related fields.
- A strong motion graphics portfolio or reel showcasing your expertise in 2D/3D motion design is essential.
- Advanced knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and video editing/animation tools (After Effects, Premiere).
Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Maya is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to design and produce high-quality motion graphics, video content, and post-production edits with a strong focus on aesthetics.
- Passion for creativity and familiarity with social media formats, digital languages, and emerging trends in motion design.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining a collaborative work environment.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
