efficient operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s);Manage the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement;Manage and develop large operational teams (60
- 80 employees)Build and maintain strong relationships with the CustomerMonitor the operation's span of control and build a strategy;Lead by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture;Management of providers of the site's general services such as security, infrastructure, maintenance.RequirementsMasters degree xysqume in Engineering/Economic;Solid experience in logistics / supply chain, preferably in industrial environmentsSeveral experience in a direct management team;Proven track record in people leadership and union relationsEnglish fluent;Leadership skills and capability of defining and deploying strategic plan for the site;Strong analytical skills: Lean Manufacturing (WCM, TPM, Six Sigma);Team player with a positive mind setSalary Range: €45.000
