You will operate independently basically in Italian territory and in Europe when needed (with overnight required as needed) to provide excellent customer service to clients while installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments. Of course, we operate as a team to share standard methodologies, mentor and receive experienced technical support. **The essential requirements of the job include**: - Biomedical engineer or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of Technical Support, Field Service experience with Diagnostics market
- Early careers are welcome but with troubleshooting experience, gained during Thesis or Internships
- Proficient English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Ability to travel and provide service in whole country as well as periodic travel to other European countries and overnight travel. A current valid driver’s license is required. **It would be a plus if you are**: - Willing to work different shifts/flexible hours as business needs.
