Responsibilities:
- Together with your Planning counterpart, you hold full end-to-end commercial ownership of the Luxury division in a fast-paced e-commerce,



members-only environment, ensuring delivery of financial targets across revenue, margin, and sell-through.
- Define and execute the luxury buying strategy, curating a highly desirable, data-driven assortment that drives engagement, conversion, and long-term member loyalty.
- Lead seasonal and in-season buying across luxury brands, balancing commercial performance, exclusivity, and brand desirability within an off-price e-commerce model.
- Own and optimize the luxury assortment architecture using performance data, customer insights, and trend intelligence to maximize trading impact.
- Build, manage, and expand strategic relationships with luxury brand partners, leading negotiations to secure optimal commercial terms, exclusivities, and long-term supply.
