As Senior Local Trial Manager, you will oversee local clinical trials (phases 1-4) from start-up to database lock, ensuring high-quality data and regulatory compliance. You will lead a local trial team within a fast-moving environment, collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet timelines and budgets. Your work directly supports trial success and patient safety, contributing to J&J;'s mission to advance health. You will drive process improvements and mentor colleagues, making an impact across teams and Therapeutic Areas.

- Collaborate with MCO on protocol and site feasibility; set start-up timelines
- Lead local trial activities and planning to hit site openings and recruitment targets
- Act as SME for assigned protocols and develop therapeutic knowledge
- Serve as primary country contact for the trial; build relationships with external and internal partners
- Review monitoring reports; manage country-specific informed consent forms; lead regulatory processes
- Encourage trial teams to meet commitments and deliverables
- Keep patient engagement and safety at the center of activities
- Contribute to process improvements xbvzest and participate in special initiatives
- Coach or mentor less experienced colleagues
- BA or BSc in Life Sciences, Nursing or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in clinical trials; preferably site monitoring and project management
- Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays
- Proven leadership, communication skills and digital literacy
