Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown,
with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store
Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries
Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best
Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence
Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change
Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service
Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day
Requirements
Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
