As a Site Project Coordinator, you will contribute to day to day organizational and administrative tasks, supporting site projects and leading individuals in their role, by acting as a participant in projects, facilitating and contributing to meetings, activities, and planning workshops.
- Your responsibilities will include: - Drive specific internal plans and manage projects with external vendors
- Facilitate planning workshops and project boards.
- Participate in management meetings and drive the agenda and oversee communication and coordination between projects.
- Support PC, PMO, and project teams with ad hoc tasks.
- Develop project boards and project follow-up models. **Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you should have: - A technical or business Bachelor’s degree, or similar.
- Practical knowledge of English and Italian - both oral and in writing.
- Experience, preferably with project management.
- Extroverted, investigative, systematic, and analytical nature.
- Ability to thrive on a busy and changing workday.
