systems and standards for care delivery to support program marketing plans.Initiates market research regarding economics of care delivery.Establishes and executes promotional strategies required to support program marketing plan.Develops and maintains relationships with health system customers to understand customer needs.Also develops and maintains relationships with internal business unit, marketing and sales staff to develop and execute the program marketing plan.Required knowledge and experience Master’s degree with proven experience in marketing leadership within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and a strong understanding, based on evident expertise, of the Western European market landscape, particularly in cardiology and cardiac rhythm management (CRM).Experience in product launches and developing value propositions for innovative healthcare technologies, particularly in AI-driven solutions.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills aimed at influencing within a complex matrix organizationAbility to manage large, diverse teams and drive alignment across multiple countries and functions with empathy and efficiencyStrategi
