MSP Partner Sales Business Development ManagerIn this role you will drive Cisco’s growth in the EMEA South region by forging high-value strategic partnerships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner initiatives with financial goals and cloud-first strategies. You will shape the partner ecosystem, accelerate recurring revenue, and influence executive stakeholders. - Drive long-term growth by cultivating high-value partnerships and expanding market reach
- Lead complex commercial negotiations to structure mutually beneficial agreements
- Accelerate recurring revenue by identifying untapped opportunities within the ecosystem
- Empower the channel network to deliver scalable value to end customers
- Shape the partner ecosystem as the primary architect of initiatives bridging technical innovation with commercial success
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field with at least five years in sales or business development in MSP/MSSP
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding annual sales quotas with partner development and go-to-market strategies
- Deep knowledge of MSP/MSSP landscape, including recurring-revenue, xbvzest consumption-based, and partner-led models
- Strong experience managing complex commercial processes: pricing, contracting, negotiation
- Advanced CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting skills; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
