In this role,you’llguide our Front Office Hosts, jump into the action when needed, and make every arrival feel like a warm welcome home. You keep things moving, spot what needs attention, and lift the team with your energy and support.You’llbring people together across departments and help create moments guests remember. WhatYou’llDo
Lead daily front desk operations and guide the team during your shift
Coach, support, and motivate Front Office Hosts in the moment
Welcome guests, handle requests, and turn small moments into great stays
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, and other teams to keep things smooth
Manage bookings, room availability, payments, and other admin tasks
Spot chances to upsell rooms, local experiences, and TSH outlets
Share guest feedback and ideas to elevate our service
Help onboard new team members and create a fun, supportive vibe
WhatYou’llHave
You have 1-3 years of experience as a front office superviso
