and inspire a team of approximately 4 direct reports and 9 indirect reports, fostering a growth‑oriented environment and coaching your team to reach their full potential.In alignment with global strategy and in collaboration with internal stakeholders, define and execute the annual and long‑range marketing strategy/plan for our EMEA Visualization business, ensuring the organization meets growth, profitability, and market‑share goals.Collaborate closely with EMEA sales leadership to align marketing and commercial priorities, driving market growth.Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, institutions, key customers, etc.
