University Degree in Engineering disciplines (Logistics, Automation, Mechanical, Processes, Industrial engineering or similar)
In-depth knowledge of logistics, , automation engineering and digital Logistics operations
Fluency in English is required. Good level of Italian would be a plus
Compensation Package
CCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary €63.000,00.
Position Summary
Ensure the successful design, planning, implementation, installation, testing, start-up, ramp up and handover of major capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, following Nestlé safety standards, projects charters, design specifications, ways of working & success criteria.




A Day in the Life of a Logistics Lead Engineer
- Logistics Automation Oversight: Provide expert technical assistance during the execution, commissioning, and operation of automated warehouse systems, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing and alignment with Nestlé-Purina quality standards.
- Meet quality expectations. In the event of a quality problem, rectify it and inform the responsible manager and involve him/her in the rectification of the problem with immediate actions.
- Carry out all duties specified for the post holder in the Product Safety, Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Management System documents.
- Drive operational efficiency by applying Lean engineering principles to eliminate waste and optimize material flow within automated systems.
