- Experience level: Experienced **Pirola Corporate Finance S.p.A.**, a strategic finance advisory firm specialising in providing advisory services in extraordinary finance transactions, is looking for an **Associate Director for the Debt Advisory team** at the **Milan** office. The selected person, inserted in the team, alongside younger colleagues and with the support of the Partner, will assist customers in activities such as: - Reorganization of the financial structure
- Bond issues ("private placement" and "minibonds")
- Structuring of instruments for the raising of debt capital, debt restructuring and subsidized finance. Required:



- At least 5-7 years of experience in Debt Advisory activities, preferably for Corporate Finance companies
- Master's degree in economics or management engineering (preferably with a course of study in finance and financial markets)
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Interest in working towards objectives and in a challenging context
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package. The availability to make any trips to the national territory completes the profile.
