You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Public Works Department (PWD), a forward deployed component of the Integrated Product Team (IPT) of Naval Facilities Engineering Command Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia (NAVSUPPACT NAPLES), Naples, Italy.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Coordinating activities of engineers and/or engineering technicians responsible for performing essential tasks to provide facility management and sustainment support to the installation;
- Overseeing the development of execution plans in carrying out its mission regarding facility management and cost reduction;
- Operating database programs designed for facility management and work control (i.e. Single Platform MAXIMO (SPM), Working Capital Fund (WCF) and General Fund (GF) and Work Induction System (WIS)) to execute work;
- Utilizing existing Facility Support Contracts to complete facility sustainment or restoration project execution.
