About the Role
We are seeking a Product Marketing Director, Global / International Equity Lead to provide senior-level marketing leadership for our Global / International Equity capabilities. This role is responsible for shaping product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market direction in alignment with broader enterprise content and marketing priorities.
As a key subject matter expert, you will bring strategic perspective and investment expertise to help teams across Product Marketing, Content & Insights, Investments, Global Product, Segment Marketing, and Distribution align around priorities, client needs, and commercial opportunities. You will play a central role in ensuring our Global / International Equity story is differentiated, compelling, and consistently brought to market across audiences and channels.
This is a senior individual contributor role. While highly visible and influential, it does not include direct people management responsibility. Success in this role will come through subject matter expertise, strategic leadership,
and the ability to influence and align stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Class / Vehicle Leadership
- Lead product marketing direction and prioritization for Global / International Equity in alignment with business unit goals and enterprise marketing priorities.
- Apply enterprise and content marketing strategies within the context of Global / International Equity to ensure relevance, consistency, and commercial impact.
- Serve as a key coordination lead for asset class-related marketing opportunities, campaigns, and content requests, as needed.
- Partner with content strategy, content creation, content enablement, segment marketing, and client-facing teams to align priorities with messaging, business objectives, and market opportunities.
