Sales Associate Tempo parziale 24h - Roma Outlet Village - Soratte

The Position

Reporting directly to the store management team, the Sales Associate will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process.
- Manage the relationship with an international customer base, providing details about PVH Italia's product and values
- Use effective sales techniques so as to achieve set goals
- Promote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador
- Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work climate
- Assist in the constant maintenance of Visual Merchandising standards
- Check stock on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary to ensure that the full range of products and sizes are present

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in the role in retail settings
- Dynamism and strong operational and organizational skills
- Excellent standing and polished presence
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsWillingness to work shifts, especially on weekends
