At Crown Tours, our mission is to craft unforgettable travel experiences that connect people with the authentic heart of each destination. Now, we’re looking for a **Motion Designer & Video Editor** to join our in-house media team. In this role, you’ll help us to shape the visual identity of Crown Tours across multiple channels. From cinematic long-form storytelling to quick-turnaround social edits, you’ll combine **editing, motion graphics, and color grading** to bring our brand to life. **What You’ll Do**
- Edit **short-form content** (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and **long-form YouTube videos**.
- Design and animate branded **motion graphics** (titles, captions, transitions, on-screen coverage elements).
- Color grade footage for a **polished, cinematic finish.**: - Select and mix **music, voice, and sound effects** to enhance storytelling.
- Optimize edits for **different platforms** (hooks, pacing, subtitles, formats).
- Build **reusable templates and graphics packages** to streamline production.
- Maintain **organized project files and workflows** for team collaboration.
- Collaborate with videographers, on-camera creators, and the creative team.
- Iterate quickly in a **feedback-driven environment** with tight deadlines. **What We’re Looking For**
- A strong portfolio demonstrating **motion design + video editing**.
- Proficiency in **DaVinci Resolve** and **Adobe After Effects** (Premiere Pro, Cinema4D, or Blender a plus).
- Skilled in **color grading, typography, pacing, and sound design**.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A passion for visual storytelling.
- Fluent in English (C1 level or above). **Plus**: - Hands-on knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless video production.
