We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Brand Marketing Manager to join our team in Milan.

In this role you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the full-funnel marketing strategies of our brand partners, playing a key role in accelerating the growth of their businesses.

We are looking for someone with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills, who can act as a trusted advisor to our brand partners, building strong client relationships while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class marketing strategies and measurable business results.

Own the end-to-end full-funnel marketing strategy for one or more international fashion and luxury brands, defining acquisition, conversion, and retention plans aligned with business objectives.

Act as the primary point of contact for the brand partner, leading strategic discussions, business reviews, presentations, and day-to-day communications with a true agency consulting approach.

Develop annual, quarterly, and seasonal marketing roadmaps,



ensuring marketing initiatives support commercial priorities and business targets.

Manage marketing budgets across channels and markets, optimizing investments to maximize business impact and marketing efficiency.

Coordinate internal channel specialists (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, CRM, Affiliate, Display, and other acquisition channels), ensuring all activities contribute to a cohesive full-funnel strategy.

Partner closely with the Ecommerce and Online Store Management teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial calendars, merchandising priorities, product launches, promotional activities, and overall business performance.

Monitor business and marketing performance, identifying opportunities and translating data into actionable recommendations to improve traffic, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitability.

Prepare and present business performance reports, strategic recommendations, and growth
