**A little taste of your day-to-day** Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: - Check daily revenues
- Monitors and sends electronic invoices to customers
- Balances all accounts related to active cycle
- Management of pending payment
- Settlements and deposits
- Daily transaction control of all outlets
- Sending of payment reminders
- Recording collections **What we need from you**
- Great communication skills with colleagues
- Must speak fluent Italian & English language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
- Advance knowledge of computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Opera & PMS Simphony
- Preferred working experience with similar roles in Luxury Hotels
- Friendly personality and enjoys working with both processes and people equally.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, highly adaptable, naturally positive.




- Flexibility and capability of working under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
- An ability to prioritise and manage expectations
- A keen eye for detail
