**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Standing for full shift PURPOSES OF THE POSITION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate training and qualification for sterile department operators, manage online training supervision, update training boards, and ensure personnel are well-trained. SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS/PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:
**Control**: - Plan and coordinate operator training, ensuring qualification to company and regulatory standards, and managing documentation.
- Online training oversight: monitoring the delivery of online training courses to ensure timely completion and the relevance of content.
- Oversight of user accounts and authorization modules: monitoring user accounts for department systems, verifying operators hold the essential authorizations to carry out their tasks.
- Maintaining the department training board: Ensure the department training board remains current, incorporating new courses, revisions, deadlines, and other pertinent details.
- Aid and help for operators: give ongoing aid and help to operators concerning their training paths, addressing any concerns and responding to particular inquiries.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams: work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop targeted training programs.
- Monitoring and reporting: periodically monitor and report the progress of training programs, analyzing data to continuously improve training processes. **Quality**: - Collaborate with QS and training department to receive procedure changes.
- Hosting classes in SF, offering theoretical and hands-on training to employees,



enrolling the class in the system, managing and conducting On the Job (OJT) training.
- Handling Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) associated with providing specialized training on company systems. **Ehs**: - Collaborate with EHS during regular meetings to receive updates on health, safety, and environmental procedures, except for those needing specialized training.
- Commencing classes in SF, offering theoretical education following comprehensive training from HSE, and inputting the class into the system, supervising and managing online training.
- Handling Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) associated with providing specialized training on company systems. **Procedure**:

- VI Qualification Specialist (for sperlatura) REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
**(a) essentials**:
Studies/Diplomas/Training courses: - Diploma with proven experience or degree **Technical and IT knowledge**: - Familiarity with training management systems (SuccessFactor), Documentum.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations
- Knowledge of issues related to aseptic production
- Ability to use main information systems **Professional experiences**: - Solid experience in QA/Production in pharmaceutical companies **Languages**: - Italian **Personality traits**: - Order
- Observation skills
- Relational and conflict management skills
