The Reservations Controller works to ensure that all bookings meet CCO’s established standards prior to the guest’s arrival to the hotel. They will work closely with relevant departments to ensure that all actions required are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner. This role is primarily administrative in nature and attention to detail is the top priority. **Primary Responsibilities Include**
- Oversee daily reservation checks and updates across all channels.
- Verify daily arrival lists and manage deposit payments.
- Handle disruptions (buyouts, renovations) effectively.
- Coordinate with CCLs to delegate tasks and meet key deadlines.
- Ensure accurate and complete guest profiles in systems.
- Proactively coordinate with operations for guest requests.
- Champion HMS, Salesforce Omnichannel, and InfoHub systems.
- Maintain InfoHub with up-to-date, relevant guest information.
- Embody Belmond's values, standards, and policies at all times. **Requirements**: - At least 3 years of experience in a reservations, customer service, or revenue management role within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proven experience overseeing daily operational tasks, managing data accuracy, and ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Demonstrable expertise in hotel property management systems (PMS) such as HMS, CRM systems, and content management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues related to reservations, disruptions, and data integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with a proven ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide exceptional customer service.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
