We’re looking for a **Junior Controller** in **Arco (TN)** location. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the plants level to develop and implement controlling systems and processes that align with the business overall vision and its current and long-term objectives. Prepare financial reports to share with management in order to support the achievements of the targets. Ability to work in team on common goals. **Main opportunities and challenges**:
- Finance/Controlling experience in an multinational company
- Learn how a reporting package works **Main Responsibilities**: - Analysis of the main production plants metrics (operational expense, conversion cost etc)
- Cost Center analysis
- Financial targets analysis (Ebitdar%, Working Capital, Capex)
- SOX compliance
- SAP and HFM data maintenance **Job Position Requirements**:
