Activities of the Sales Account Italy: - Strategically driving total profitable revenue and market share growth with assigned existing and new account portfolio (multi -segment) for our global hotel portfolio
- Creating a consultative selling approach to maximize commercial opportunity
- Researching, identifying and establishing new business sales contacts, developing relationships and revenue opportunities from existing clients
- Preparing a strategic account plan for each key
- and prospect account
- Identifying new prospect accounts by constant market analysis
- Pro-actively working together in global account teams
- Producing reports and use corresponding systems for analysing data and preparing action plans
- Reporting to the Country Director of Sales The qualities we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or tourism
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales within the hotel industry
- Experience in contracting and negotiating
- Knowledge in Yield and Revenue Management
- Ability to identify business opportunities, develop accounts and close deals
- Fluent in English
- Energizing and friendly personality
