This role is essential to supporting the company’s growth and competitiveness in both public and private markets. As our business continues to expand, the ability to manage tender processes efficiently and accurately is crucial to securing new opportunities and strengthening our market position. The Tender Office Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating the full tender process—from identifying opportunities and preparing documentation to submitting offers and managing post-award activities. Working closely with colleagues from the Commercial, Legal, and Technical departments, this person will ensure that all submissions are complete, compliant, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and motivated professional who wants to contribute directly to the company’s business development efforts by ensuring the smooth and effective management of tender activities. **YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?** The position involves using online procurement platforms, preparing and organizing all required documentation according to current regulations, collecting bid justification materials, and drafting offers in collaboration with the Commercial team.
