Your Responsibilities
The Salesforce Application Consultant (m/f/d) is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving Salesforce-based business solutions. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the consultant translates business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring alignment with platform standards, enterprise architecture, and best practices.
The role plays a key part in driving the organization's digital transformation by identifying optimization opportunities, challenging existing processes, and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions that maximize business value and platform standardization.
The role actively contributes to product delivery, solution design, process optimization, and adoption of AI-supported development methodologies.
Your Responsibilities
- In close collaboration with Product Owners and business teams, you clarify requirements and turn them into scalable Salesforce solutions that work in day-to-day operations
- You lead complex, cross-functional solution initiatives and guide other Application Consultants on quality, standards, and professional development
