-- Ensure Monthly closing with P&L; preparation and explanation of the result
- Analysis of actual variances toward budget/forecast and proposal of corrective actions
- Preparation of forecast, annual budget and multi-year strategic plan
- Monitoring of logistic costs, packaging and inventory adjustment movements with focus on the deviation
- Monitoring of material price variances with focus on the deviation
- Standard cost definition for the new year with periodic monitoring
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- Monitoring of SOX compliance business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsPreparation of business cases and ad-hoc projects
- **Experience Required**:
-- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in finance, controlling, or supply chain-related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform variance analysis.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
